This program will help guide you through a 12 week journey designed to help you decrease body fat, gain lean muscle and boost your metabolism. In order for the program to work, it is very important that you follow the steps as prescribed. Steps consist of videos from the 50Grandfit library, as well as instructions, and tips for lifestyle alterations that will increase your chances for completing your fitness goal(s). The workouts contained in the program are moderate to high intensity. You should consult your doctor before starting any intensive exercise program. Furthermore, if you have any physical limitations, pay close attention to modified versions of certain exercises.
