Fit & Fabulous Boot Camp
The mind and the muscles meet in this Total Body workout. You get the fat burning aerobics and strength building resistance training. Instructor Jeff Warley puts those together with some stability training and meditative stretching to give you a workout you won't forget!

FUNctionally Fit
This exciting and fun group fitness class for seniors combines low impact cardio, strength, balance and flexibility exercises with a great selection of vintage disco, soul and rock and roll music to get seniors moving. Using functional movement patterns and strengthening those muscles that we use to perform everyday tasks (i.e. walking, sitting, bending and lifting) is the objective. Starting September 2018, Our certified instructors will give these classes on-site at a number of senior centers in the northern New York/New Jersey area.
Boot Camp In The Park
Wednesday is Hump Day! And this Fall, you will truly power your way through the the rest of the week with this mid-week Boot Camp. Experienced instructors coach you through a rigorous, High Intensity Interval Training workout in a beautiful outdoor setting. Using your body weight, and equipment supplied by us, you'll get the cardio, strength and conditioning you need to get into the best shape of your life....and you'll have a great time doing it!
