1) SMART Goal setting and Assessment consultation

With your first session with your Personal Coach/Trainer, you will establish your fitness goals, using the SMART model, and  perform a physical movement assessment 

 

2) Custom exercise program design

Your Personal Coach/Trainer will design a customized workout plan just for you, based on your goals and physical condition

 

3) 15 Training Sessions

Working one-on-one with your Personal Trainer, you will get a workout that is custom tailored for you

(sessions are scheduled at your convenience)

 

4) 10% off all 50Grand live events and retreats

From our live workshops, to our health and wellness retreats, as a member you'll enjoy a 10% discount on it all
