Check-In (Front Desk) 3:30pm -
Welcome Reception (In Hospitality Suite)
This is a meet and greet with lite refreshments.
6pm - 7:30pm
Pre-Workout Nourishment (Quartz Meeting Room)
Complimentary energy snacks/beverages to power you through the morning workout.
7:00am - 8:00am
Fit & Fab Morning Boot Camp (Outdoor)
Get a great start to the day with this amazing group fitness class, designed by 50Grand trainer Jeff Warley.
8:30am - 9:30am
Breakfast (Kites Restaurant)
Take the time to enjoy delicious cuisine at Kites American Grille or check out one of the other restaurants on the Crystal Springs property.
9:45am - 11:00am
Mind/Body Workshop/Lunch (Quartz Meeting Room)
Explore the mindful approach to health and fitness, in this powerful and inspiring workshop, complete with catered lunch included.
12:00pm - 2:30pm
Enjoy the amenities, activities and features of the resort. From Spa treatments to relaxing by the pool, take some time for you!
Freestyle Workout Time (Fitness Center)
Workout in the Minerals' amazing gym, and 50Grand trainers will be on hand to answer questions and give you tips on how to get the most of out of your workout.
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Morning Yoga and Relaxation Training (In Hospitality Suite)
The perfect close to our mind and body fitness experience. Our 50Grand Yoga instructor will take you through a journey of mindfulness and relaxation.
7:00am - 8:15am
Check-Out (Front Desk)
Check out, but hang around on property to enjoy some of the amenities if you're not quite ready to depart.
Prices below are not per night. They are the prices for the weekend, arriving Friday evening, and checking out Sunday morning.
*First payment will be treated as a non-refundable deposit, and will only be returned if the retreat is otherwise cancelled for any reason.
