Q. What can I use a 50Grand Gift Certificate for?
A. General Gift Certificates can be purchased anytime for a specified amount, and may be redeemed toward any of the products, events or services we provide. Holiday certificates are redeemable for one of the four prefixed packages listed on back of the card. Click the Redeem button (above) to redeem your gift certificate now!
Q. Does the gift certificate expire?
A. Yes, our gift certificates do expire. Usually within two years of purchase.
Q. How do I validate a gift certificate I already have in order to give to someone as a gift?
A. Click the Buy Now button above, and pay the price for the package you are choosing to gift. THEN fill out the form on post checkout page, and be sure to put the correct validation number from back of the card.
Q. How do I have a gift certificate sent to someone?
A. This feature is for those who have not obtained a paper certificate from one of our partner locations. Click the Buy Now button above, and pay the price for the package you are choosing to gift. THEN fill out the form, making sure you give the correct email address for the recipient.
