Here are some tips to help you get the most out of your online training:
Communicate with your Coach make sure you use your consultations with your coach/trainer to establish your objectives and address questions and concerns
Maintain a Proper Diet of Food and Supplements you should have 5 to 6 mini meals a day consisting of high protein, low fat (should be good fats), and sufficient carbs (should be mostly good carbs). You should definitely focus on proper nutrition before and after workouts. Depending on your plan, you should refer to the suggestions you receive from your online coach.
Workout 4 to 5 Days a Week needless to say, the frequency of your workouts will determine your results. Following the workout program that your coach creates for you is important, but you can supplement the program with other methods (i.e. DVD workouts, group classes, etc).
Be Prepared prepare for the lifestyle changes that a life of fitness will bring. Since you should be working out 4 to 5 days a week, and doing 5 to 6 mini meals daily, preparation is key. Simply put, try to always have your lunch and gym bags packed and ready.
Check-In it is VERY IMPORTANT that you use the website (as instructed) to properly CHECK-IN before and after each workout. It is equally important that you log your daily food intake into your My Fitness Pal diary which should be shared with your coach. This helps them effectively track your progress and gives valuable insight into how to help you achieve your short and long term goals.

On the day of your video consultation, you should prepare by having on exercise attire because you will be asked to perform exercises for assessment purposes. Also, have your SMART Goals guide filled out and emailed to coach!
